Leiston cheddar cheese is produced in the countryside of Cheshire, England, following methods that have been perfected over more than a century. Inspired by the historic Leiston Abbey, this cheese is made using pasteurized cow's milk from over 100 local farms within a 70 km radius. This approach ensures exceptional freshness and quality in every piece.
The cheddaring process, a traditional English technique, is meticulously applied to develop the characteristic texture and flavor of Leiston cheddar. Each block of cheese is treated individually, ensuring attention to detail that is reflected in its distinctive flavor.
