Vitavigor: Quality Grissinis and snacks

To discover the origins of Vitavigor we have to go back to the end of the 1950's where Giuseppe Bigiogera opened a family bakery which was very successful. Among the tests and experiments he conducted in the back room of his bakery, one in particular suggested the way forward: Milan needed its own grissini; tastier, crunchier breadsticks... “Milan's super Grissini”. From that idea, in 1958, Vitavigor was born, a brand that still bears its stamp of vitality and energy, inspired by the Latin words “Vita-vitae, Vigor-vigoris”, or “life and strength”. Milan, which was originally a point of arrival, soon became a point of departure: Vitavigor vans began to make deliveries in the Lombardy region, Tuscany and soon all over Italy, until today it is marketed internationally. 

For restaurants the offered range is:

Grissini: classic breadsticks that come in an ideal format for catering, from canteens to catering companies and restaurants that choose to delight their guests with a quality starter or appetizer. 

There are 2 varieties available:

  • Classics: 420g multipack (35 bags with 5 grissinis).

  • Sesame: multipack of 350g (30 bags with 5 grissinis) 

In addition to grissini, Primar Ibérica offers 3 of its snacks, made with 100% extra virgin olive oil, ideal as an appetizer or as a complement to some dishes, thanks to their size created to be eaten in one bite. They also fit in lunches as a substitute for bread because they are surprisingly light and tasty. 

VitaPop

Their puffy shape and crunchy feel make them irresistible. They are also suitable for vegetarians.

There are 3 varieties available:

  • VitaPop Diavola 120g with spicy chili. Inspired by the famous Pasta alla Diavola recipe.

  • VitaPop Cacio e Pepe 120g with cheese, salt and pepper. Inspired by the famous recipe of Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe original from Rome

  • VitaPop with corn 1kg with salt on top

  • VitaPop Cacio e Pepe 1kg

VitaJoy

Light but full of flavor. Adored by children and adults thanks to its mini format, ideal to eat in one bite, and with a clear Mediterranean inspiration. They are suitable for vegetarians.

There are 2 varieties available: 

  • VitaJoy Pizza 150g with tomato and oregano

  • VitaJoy 150g with Parmesan Reggiano
