Hard work is being done to become more sustainable. 9,400 solar panels have been installed on farms, reducing C02 emissions by 1,000T/Year. In 2011, biomass boilers were inaugurated by Prince Charles, which avoid the production of 22,000 tons of carbon emissions each year. 80% of the heat in the factory is produced by renewable energy. The goal is for all packaging to be recyclable by 2023.

    

According to a Kantar study on the cheddar category, Cathedral City is preferred by the Spanish people. At the end of 2022 and during 2023, an advertising campaign has been activated through Spotify to reach a high number of potential consumers.
